At Orama Deluxe Luxury Apartments we are a small, hands on team based in Chania, fully focused on creating modern, comfortable places to stay just steps from the sea in Agia Marina. Working under the umbrella of Be On Holidays, we combine local knowledge, professional property management and a genuine love for Cretan hospitality. Our properties are carefully designed and maintained, from the private pool and maisonette layout of Orama Deluxe Residence to the bright two bedroom apartments at Orama Luxury Apartments, so that every stay feels easy, relaxed and a little bit special from the moment you arrive.

Our Story
Our story starts with a family idea: to take two great locations close to Agia Marina Beach and transform them into modern holiday homes that we would be proud to recommend to our own friends. Orama Deluxe Residence was the first step, a brand new maisonette with private pool and a minimalist, elegant look, followed by Orama Luxury Apartments, a set of spacious two bedroom flats designed for couples, families and friends who want to stay just a few metres from the sand. Season after season we listen carefully to guest feedback and keep improving, from upgrading amenities to refining our services, always with the same goal in mind – to offer a smooth, contemporary Cretan stay that guests are happy to return to and share with others.

It is a new and modern apartment. The rooms are big and comfortable.Very close to the several restaurants. I recommend Olivi restaurant. The owner is very kind and helpful. We had a problem with warm water and they fix it the same day.

Great location off the main road, but walking distance to everything. Host was really helpful and responsive also.
Everything was fine. And it was our fourth trip in Chania and nearly. So the first time we had so strong and hot water in bathroom. Many good beaches and taverns are near apartment. Very responsible and friendly staff, apartment is spacious and well equipped. We spent amazing holidays there.
