Orama Deluxe Residence is a contemporary two bedroom home in Agia Marina, designed for guests who want the feel of a private residence with all the comforts of a modern holiday house. The open plan living area flows out to a private heated pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower, shaded dining space and a built in BBQ, so most days naturally move between the water and the terrace. Inside you will find marble floors, two stylish bathrooms, king size beds, a sofa bed for extra guests and a fully equipped kitchen, creating an easy, relaxed base just a few steps from the beach.

Orama has been created as a calm, grown up hideaway where everything feels new, thoughtful and a little bit indulgent. Soft lighting, neutral colours and high quality fabrics give the spaces an easy elegance, while details like smart TVs in the bedrooms, fast Wi Fi, a washing machine and private parking keep everyday life simple. In the evening you can swim in the warm pool, fire up the BBQ or wander down to the seafront for dinner, knowing you will return to a quiet, comfortable home that has been prepared with care for couples, friends and families.

Orama sits in Agia Marina, one of Chania’s liveliest seaside villages, known for its long sandy beach, shallow clear water and a great choice of tavernas and beach bars. From the residence you are around fifty metres from the shore and within a short walk of mini markets, a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and traditional restaurants, so you can easily holiday without needing to drive every day. Chania Old Town is about 9 km away for evenings in the harbour, while Chania Airport and Souda Port are both within convenient driving distance, making arrival and departure straightforward.

It is a new and modern apartment. The rooms are big and comfortable.Very close to the several restaurants. I recommend Olivi restaurant. The owner is very kind and helpful. We had a problem with warm water and they fix it the same day.

Great location off the main road, but walking distance to everything. Host was really helpful and responsive also.
Everything was fine. And it was our fourth trip in Chania and nearly. So the first time we had so strong and hot water in bathroom. Many good beaches and taverns are near apartment. Very responsible and friendly staff, apartment is spacious and well equipped. We spent amazing holidays there.
